Our detailing services are bookable between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week.
Our business line is active 24/7. Depending on our current schedules we will reply as soon as we can within the same day you contact us.

Emergency services available outside of business hours as schedules allow.
If you have any issues with you service please contact us as soon as possible. We do an initial assessment prior to detailing and at the end with you to verify. We take before and after photos for social media as well as protection for both parties. This prevents any confusion on potential issues with a vehicle.
We do not offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your vehicle we will come back free of charge to fix them. If it is after a 72 hour window, depending on what the concern is, it would be outside of the normal time frame. This is due to everyday inevitable wear and tear on your vehicle from daily use.
